Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION-

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 10 YEARS (WPC DOORS EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY) SECTOR: MANUFACTURING WPC DOORS

RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING AND MANAGING THE ENTIRE WPC DOOR PRODUCTION PROCESS. ENSURES PRODUCTION TARGETS, QUALITY STANDARDS, AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY ARE MET.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGE PRODUCTION PLANNING, SCHEDULING, AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION.

  • SUPERVISE PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS, MACHINE OPERATORS, AND LABOR TEAMS.
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY, QUALITY, AND EFFICIENCY STANDARDS.
  • COORDINATE WITH MAINTENANCE, QUALITY, WAREHOUSE, AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENTS.
  • MONITOR KPIS AND DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES.
  • ENSURE EFFECTIVE USE OF MATERIALS, LABOR, AND MACHINERY. REQUIREMENTS:
  • MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING OR PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING AT LEAST 3 YEARS IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE.
  • STRONG LEADERSHIP, PLANNING, AND TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF FABRICATION PROCESSES AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISING FABRICATION WORK.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTION WORKFLOWS, QUALITY STANDARDS, AND SAFETY PROCEDURES.
  • GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF WPC DOORS MANUFACTURING, MATERIALS, AND PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES.
  • TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING OF WPC PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS.
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN INDUSTRIAL, MECHANICAL, OR CHEMICAL ENGINEERING.
