Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Engineering, and Quality Control, to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement production process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and production planning.
