Roles & Responsibilities

Production Manager


Ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the SQCDPI performance of its scope, by optimally mobilizing human, material and organizational resources.

To embody the vision of the UO, to motivate its teams around the objectives of progress

Driving industrial transformation

Ensure the compliance, safety, reliability and agility of production activities.

Identify, assess, map risks (Rito tool), ensure reporting and implement action plans.

Participate in the implementation and management of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Industrial performance management

Ensure the achievement of SQCDPI objectives and the conformity of delivered products, services and data.

Managing operational performance (QRQC reviews, variance analysis from budget, corrective actions...).

Participate in the development and deployment of the UO Master Plan.

Ensure reporting and facilitate management rituals (MPR, ROFO, third-party reviews, PIC...).

Team management and development

To build and organize teams by ensuring diversity, balance of profiles, autonomy, versatility and responsibility.

to evaluate and develop individual and collective skills (GPEC, interviews, team reviews).

To promote creativity, innovation and continuous improvement within one's team.

Change management and transformation

Supporting industrial and managerial transformation in compliance with Division guidelines and local policies.

To deploy the Safran+ and One Safran approaches (5S, QRQC, HPT, Lean Sigma, Participatory Innovation...).

Participate in industrialization projects and annual progress plans.

Operational excellence and standards

Ensure compliance with and application of MFG references, standards and processes.

To guarantee the accessibility, reliability and quality of data.

Implement HSE standards, ensure safety and protect human and material assets.
