Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery production ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency
Maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste
Lead, train, and motivate the production team
Collaborate on new product development and process improvements
Ensure proper maintenance of bakery equipment
Requirements:
Proven bakery production management experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HACCP/food safety standards
Ability to manage high-volume production with attention to detail
