Job Description:
The Production Manager oversees production activities, focusing on ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and efficient resource management. This role is critical in meeting production targets, reducing costs, and fostering a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and oversee the production process, achieving optimal resource utilization.
• Implement quality control standards and resolve any production issues.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and inventory to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and promote best practices.
• Support continuous development of the production team through training and performance evaluation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years in production management, ideally in manufacturing, particularly in Facade
- Proven track record in quality control, safety compliance, and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
