Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist production while respecting customer specifications and objectives.

Keep manufacturing records up to date.

Supporting the Lean Manufacturing approach and participating in improvement projects.

Define and validate new tooling in series production (excluding industrialization).

Manage the manufacturing and control file, including detailed manufacturing and control ranges, work instructions, configurations, bills of materials, initial allocations.

Contribute to the training and support of operators.

Participate in client or internal audits and ensure their successful completion.

Maintain the qualification of special processes, if applicable.

Participate in the transition from the industrialization phase to series production, as well as in risk analysis and the definition of new processes.

Participate in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control).

Participate in and lead Lean projects, providing the necessary tools: 5S, process boards, flow, VSM, SMED, visual management, online implementation, etc.

Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects (Lean-Sigma, One Safran, etc.)

Provide the means of series production (machines, tooling, jigs), up to their validation and introduction into the line

Optimizing production flows: workstations, flow conveyors, workshop layout
