Roles & Responsibilities

PROFILE:



French language is a must


Qualification Level: Engineering degree


Specialties: Industry, Management, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Logistics


Professional Experience: 8 years


Experience in the industrial food sector



Technical expertise (products, market, technologies, stakeholders)


Good knowledge of project methodologies



Knowledge of innovation and change processes


General marketing and sales knowledge


Leadership, communication, negotiation, and conviction



JOB ACTIVITIES AND TASKS:




PLANNING ACTIVITIES


- Managing and administering the company in accordance with the broad guidelines and directives defined by the Management Committee;


- Developing a departmental management/development strategy



- Defining broad guidelines and coordinating the activities of the various Directorates and Departments.



ORGANIZE THE DEPARTMENT


- Establish and update the organizational chart and ensure its compatibility with the company's organization;


- Ensure a positive social climate within the department.



MANAGE THE BUDGET


- Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of the department's budget;


- Define and negotiate with the Board of Directors the budget allocated to innovation.



MONITOR AND EVALUATE ACTIVITIES


- Monitor the technical and financial management of the department's activities;


- Evaluate, analyze, and address business-related risks according to established procedures.



COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES


- Provide support and assistance to the QMS;


- Inspire a creative dynamic within departments and stimulate the thinking of department heads.



DEFINE A STRATEGIC PLAN


- Develop a management and development strategy for the company; - Analyze the challenges of the company's market strategy;


- Master the company's image, ethics, and professional conduct;


- Analyze the competitive environment, assess the effectiveness of campaigns, and monitor the economy.



MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY BUSINESS


- Ensure the implementation of company policy for each department;


- Regularly monitor cash flow control (cash, revenue, turnover, expenses);


- Continuously monitor the company's income statement and commercial performance.



DEVELOP THE COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL STRATEGY


- Seek the necessary financing for the company's development and the successful completion of projects;


- Present the company's development plan to potential investors and negotiate financing terms;


- Make the investments necessary for the company's growth.



DEVELOPING PRODUCTION SITES


- Overseeing all production-related functions (manufacturing, maintenance, methods, logistics, quality)



- Organizing the plant's resources (human, financial, technical) to ensure product manufacturing;


- Ensuring that the requests of the Export and Local Sales Departments are met;


- Making the right investments (major, economic) within the plant, in agreement with the Plant Manager.
