Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a diligent Production Operator (General Role) to join our paint manufacturing team. The role involves operating production machinery, ensuring quality paint formulations, and supporting smooth, safe, and efficient production processes.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality products.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor paint production machinery according to standard procedures.
  • Mix and blend raw materials to produce paint products meeting quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate filling, packing, and labeling of products in line with quality standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Report equipment issues or process deviations promptly.
  • Assist in inventory handling and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and operating procedures.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure the production process is accurate and efficient.
  • Report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or any discrepancies to supervisors for quick resolution.
  • Assist in achieving daily production targets and meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in maintaining inventory levels and assisting with material handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Production Engineering is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in paints, coatings, or chemicals, in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Freshers who meet the role requirements will also be considered.
  • Attention to detail, quality focus, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed instructions.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Immediate joiners are preferred but not required.
