A Production Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining machinery and equipment used in production lines. As a Production Operator, your main responsibility is to ensure that the machinery functions efficiently and that the production process is carried out smoothly to meet quality standards and deadlines. You will work closely with a team to oversee production activities, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and perform regular maintenance checks. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
• Previous experience as a production operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with production machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure production quality and standards.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if necessary.
