Production Operator Reckitt Benckiser Group

Responsible for executing day-to-day production activities on the shop floor, including the safe and efficient operation of machinery, material handling, and end-of-line processes. Ensures consistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

Works collaboratively within shift teams to meet production targets, minimize downtime, and maintain product quality. Monitors equipment performance, identifies and reports deviations, and supports basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operations.

Maintains accurate production records and ensures all materials used are approved, traceable, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Participates in shift handovers, continuous improvement initiatives, and housekeeping practices (5S/GMP) to sustain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Operates flexibly across shifts as per the production schedule, contributing to overall operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
