Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
OB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.
Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.
Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.
Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place.
