Roles & Responsibilities
Production Operator
What will your daily life look like?
Ensure the cleaning of production equipment according to recipes.
Prepare the fermenters according to the standards communicated by the production manager.
Prepare and monitor fermentation according to the pouring communicated by the production management
- Ensure the preparation of the necessary ingredients and vitamins with analytical controls.
- Ensuring the pH of the creams
Ensuring the operation of mixed soup thus the preparations of the mixed mix according to the communicated schedule
Ensure the necessary preparations for the operation of the separators (elbow changes, CIP) and ensure the operating parameters.
Follow the fermentation process closely and vigilantly in accordance with the instructions in force
Analyze the samples according to the sampling plan mentioned in the fermentation sheet
Actively participate in analyses in case of deviation
Carefully fill in the follow-up sheets of fermenters, preparations, CIP, preparations and any other traceability documents.
Ensure the preparation of the equipment in the event of maintenance intervention and ensure the supervision of activity with the concerned.
- Ensure the inspection tours of the workshops, equipment and clear deviations and actively participate in the correction of anomalies with the shift supervisor
- Actively participates in the versatility program within the production management.
Carry out all other tasks entrusted to them by the hierarchy
