Responsibilities:

Pre-Make ready: - Prepares next job according to

Factory job ticket and MPCC.

Start Up: - Operates properly his machine - Provide

quality control with samples

Job Setting: - Sets his machine parameter according to MPCC

Job Production:

- Operates properly his machine

- Prepares box identification

- Fills production reports

- Follows up finishing process around the clock,

and operate minor modification in order to adjust required specs

- Troubleshoots any problem, and report to the shift

supervisor major ones

- Provide quality control with samples

- Makes sure that his machine and the premises are

clean at all time by carrying out the machine cleaning schedule..

- Tries to propose methods to improve his machin, to the

team leader.

Health & Safety:

- Become familiar with the health and safety

procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.

- Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with

Saudi Labour rules and legislation.

- Contribute in the different OH&S activities, and attend

safety meetings as required.

- Attend all training offered by the company.

- Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts

to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case

they are related to the accommodation.

- Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and

where possible.

- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before

start any work.

- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.

- Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor

- Use the provided PPE safety equipment.

- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.

- Be familiar with the emergency response plan and location

of first aid, fire fighting equipment.

Authorities:

- Reject defective Raw material.

- Suspend production when in doubt of any parameter or condition
