Roles & Responsibilities

Operating machinery and equipment according to the instructions provided in this SOP and specific equipment manuals.

Performing routine checks and inspections of equipment to identify any abnormalities or potential malfunctions.

Monitoring raw material feed rates, reaction conditions, and product flow.

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their respective work areas.

Reporting any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, safety hazards, or incidents to their Shift Supervisor immediately.

Troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment

Any other work asked by the shift leader
