Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and capacity constraints to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock and minimize excess inventory costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of raw materials needed for production.
- Monitor production processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or operations management is preferred to ensure practical expertise.
- Certification in APICS CPIM or similar qualifications is highly valued, demonstrating professional commitment and knowledge.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in industries such as automotive, electronics, or consumer goods, is advantageous.
