Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in all production activities as per the given daily production plan.

  • Utilize shop floor experience to supervise and manage blue-collar staff effectively.

  • Allocate workers daily according to the approved work plan.

  • Support workers with health and safety matters and coordinate with the corporate office when required.

  • Ensure sufficient availability of RM/PM on a daily basis for smooth production operations.

  • Provide support in the production process to achieve daily production targets.

  • Take full responsibility for executing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per the plan provided by the Factory Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

2–5 years of relevant work experience

Hind/Urdu speaking preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
