The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve production targets efficiently.Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.Collaborate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.Communicate production updates and schedule changes clearly with stakeholders.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.Maintain accurate records and documentation for production planning and inventory management.Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning with proven expertise in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software from ABB.Paper industry experience is mandatory.Bachelor s Degree (preferably in Engineering).
