Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure optimal production flow.
• Coordinate with materials management to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Generate and analyze production reports, including capacity utilization, schedule adherence, and inventory levels.
• Manage inventory levels of finished goods to meet customer demand while minimizing storage costs.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, quality, and logistics.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE) to manage production planning and scheduling activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning.

Bachelor's degreeEngineering (Industrial, Chemical, or related field) or Supply Chain Management.1-3 years of experience in production planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.["Strong understanding of production planning principles and techniques.","Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE).","Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE).","Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.","Strong communication and interpersonal skills.","Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.","Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)."]
