Production Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales demand and capacity.
• Monitor production orders and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouses, and quality teams.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Prepare performance reports, progress, deviations, and KPIs.
• Update plans according to demand or operational changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BSc in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• 1 2 years of experience in production planning (sanitary ware or heavy industry preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work shifts when required.
• Residence near 10th of Ramadan City or ability to relocate.
