Production Planning Engineer

Prepare and manage production plans, project requirements, and capacity.

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyze production capacity, manpower, and material availability to optimize efficiency.
• Track work orders, production progress, and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and planning reports.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machines, labor, and materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering and project team to align production plans with project timelines.

3 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, Planning Engineer, or similar role.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling concepts.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
