Develop and manage production plans to ensure customer demand is met on time while maintaining optimal finished goods inventory levels. Monitor customer demand and production performance, adjusting plans as needed to ensure product availability and minimize excess or obsolete stock. Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries by identifying potential supply risks early and coordinating alternative solutions when necessary. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to secure material availability, prevent shortages, and support efficient dispatch and transportation planning. Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity for finished goods, ensuring reliable planning and reporting. Support product and technical changes by managing inventory and material transitions to avoid waste, obsolescence, and service disruptions. Analyze inventory and customer demand variances, manage excess stock reduction initiatives, support stock-taking activities, and prepare customer claims related to obsolete inventory or demand fluctuations.
