Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS) in accordance with the demands of the manufacturing industries.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of raw materials (gold and silver), packaging materials, spare parts, and inventory management in accordance with safety and quality control standards.
Analyze production data and identify key bottlenecks (downtime), equipment capacity, and process limitations.
Prepare periodic reports on efficient production and forecast future requirements for raw materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Industrial Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (Certifications such as CPIM/APICS are preferred).
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, including at least 2 years in a high-precision or precision industry (e.g., metals, pharmaceuticals, or non-precision industries).
Strong experience using innovative Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in production and innovation.
Proven track record in managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes.
