Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update detailed daily and weekly production schedules based on the Production Master Plan (MPS).
- Closely monitor inventory levels of raw materials (gold and silver), intermediate materials, and finished products, and work to requisition supplies to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Effectively coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure timely availability of resources and materials.
- Track production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as cycle time and schedule adherence, and provide accurate reports to the line manager.
- Ensure compliance with stringent security standards and internal control procedures for handling precious metals during material flow planning and scheduling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of [insert number of years, e.g., 2-4 years experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically in planning and inventory units.
