Production Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the Injection Molding and Assembly Departments, ensuring alignment with customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Regularly update ordering points and target inventory levels for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Track material requirements and coordinate with the headquarters for import orders, as well as with the procurement team for locally sourced items.
• Follow up on production plan execution, revising and updating schedules as necessary to reflect actual progress and changing priorities.
• Manage work orders and stock reservations within the ERP system in accordance with approved production plans.
• Monitor capacity utilization in the Injection Molding and Assembly Departments and report potential bottlenecks based on customer demand and production forecasts.
