Production Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and optimize production schedules to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to maintain efficient operations.
• Adjust schedules dynamically based on urgent requirements or unexpected delays.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, downtime, and utilization rates.
• Participate in weekly production performance reviews and coordination meetings.
• Plan monthly production schedules for the upcoming month and contribute to annual budget planning cycles.
• Review supplier account statements, update procurement-related records, and generate reports on pricing trends and insights for commercial teams
