Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines (ARBURG & STORK).
- Install, configure, and adjust robot programs and parameters as required.
- Manage machine-specific functions, including equipment setup, loading, operation, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production line stoppages, applying corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Adjust and control machine and robot parameters to achieve defect-free labeled products.
- Follow up on production plan changes and coordinate activities with the direct manager and team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or Production Engineering.
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in production or process engineering.
- Proven experience in the injection plastic industry.
- Strong knowledge of production procedures.
- Hands-on experience with ARBURG & STORK injection molding machines is plus.
- Familiarity with IML robots and SAP systems.
