Production & Quality Control Engineer/Supervisor

We are hiring competent Production & Quality professionals to lead shop-floor manufacturing activities while ensuring strict quality control.

The role focuses on CNC / Moulding / Machine shop supervision, process monitoring, and defect-free output to meet customer and ISO/IATF standards.

Production Engineering

Plan and manage daily production schedules

Deploy manpower, tools & machine resources efficiently

Monitor cycle time, OEE, output, and material usage

Coordinate CNC setup changes and productivity improvements

Control scrap, rework and ensure target achievement

Machine Shop & CNC Operations

Supervise CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, and Grinding operations

Validate first-piece approval and process parameters

Improve tooling life & optimize cutting conditions

Coordinate with programming/tool room personnel

Moulding Process Control

Oversee plastic injection moulding or die-casting operations

Ensure mould maintenance, changeover readiness & quality output

Maintain traceability and rejection tracking

Quality Assurance & Inspection

Conduct receiving, in-process & final inspection checks

Use precision tools: Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge

Support CMM measurements and report generation

Interpret GD&T & customer drawings accurately

Perform RCA, CAPA and implement defect containment actions

Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF documentation

Continuous Improvement & Safety

Apply Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TPM

Improve productivity & reduce downtime through CAPEX/Kaizen

Enforce EHS policies, conduct toolbox talks & shop audits

Maintain daily production & quality MIS reports
