Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control production activities in the assigned section to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Implement and maintain production schedules in coordination with the planning department.
Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with the Quality Control department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead, motivate, and develop production supervisors and operators to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support audits and inspections (internal/external).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex operational problems.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
