Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all manufacturing activities in the Solid Dosage Forms area (e.g., tablets, capsules)
  • Supervise and manage all operations of solid dosage manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, etc.).
  • Ensure execution of the production plan according to schedule and product priorities.
  • Ensure all operations comply with GMP, GDP, HSE, and internal SOPs.
  • Supervise and train production supervisors, operators, and technicians.
  • Promote teamwork and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy is a must .
  • Experience not less than 10 years in solid dosage section in Pharmaceutical production industry include at least 3 years in section head role within a non-sterile solid manufacturing area.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, HSE, and pharmaceutical production processes.
  • Proficiency in solid dosage operations: granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
  • Strong understanding of documentation, batch records, and data integrity principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is a must.
