Production Solid Supervisor

Job Scope: Lead and manage the manufacturing Activities in the Solid oral Dosage Forms (Tablets, Capsules, Granolas) ensuring Production targets are met with adherence to GDP, quality standards and regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of the solid dosage production lines to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, and Egyptian MOH regulations throughout all production processes.
• Oversee the preparation, operation, and cleaning of equipment used in solid dosage manufacturing.
• Monitor and control production parameters to optimize efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, deviations, and non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and support operational excellence.
