Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire FRP boat and yacht production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
  • Manage and mentor a team of FRP technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and control material usage, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation within the FRP manufacturing process.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a technical diploma is also acceptable.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in FRP boat or yacht manufacturing, showcasing a deep understanding of the processes.
  • Holds relevant certifications in FRP manufacturing, such as composites technician or similar credentials, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
  • Exhibits a strong track record in a leadership role, with at least 3 years of experience supervising and managing a production team.
