Production Supervisor (Blow Moulding/SIPA) National Food Products Company (Nfpc) LLC

The position holder is responsible for managing the shift operations of the Blow Moulding process, ensuring seamless execution of the production plan to meet targets and demands. The role entails supervising and training operators in Mold change operations, ensuring accurate and timely work-order closures within the JD system, and overseeing basic preventive maintenance of the machines to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

The position encompasses managing and maintaining the following machinery and lines:

SIPA Line, Magic and Automa Blow Moulder, ADS Machine, Kosme Machine (Injection and Blow Moulding)

Key Accountabilities in Detail with Sub Tasks

· Ensure production targets and demand requirements are met according to the production plan.

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day shift operations for Injection and Blow Moulding.

· Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including SIPA Line, Magic, Automa Blow Moulder, ADS, and Kosme machines.

· Supervise Mould change, process, or recipe setup.

· Confirm PET resin grade in BOM and required quantity discharge to dryer based on work order.

· Record RM and PM material consumption, finished goods report, Shift performance report, QC Sampling report.

· Perform basic preventive maintenance of machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

· Report any machine issues or abnormalities to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

· Identify areas for operational improvements and work on strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.

· Participate in root cause analysis for production-related challenges and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure timely closure of work orders in the JD system.

· Conduct regular risk assessments of blow Moulding operations, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.

· Collaborate with the HSE department to develop and update risk assessment protocols.

· Regularly inspect and ensure the proper maintenance of blow Moulding machinery to minimize the risk of accidents.

· Establish clear and measurable performance goals for the blow moulding operations team aligned with overall company objectives.

· Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to team members regarding their performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to blow Moulding operations, such as production efficiency, machine uptime, and product quality.
