Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow, machine efficiency, and achievement of production targets within the PVC and HDPE pipe manufacturing facility. Coordinate manpower, monitor production schedules, maintain product quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Conduct regular team performance evaluations, identify training needs, resolve operational issues promptly, and maintain a productive and positive working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in PVC pipe and HDPE pipe manufacturing or related industrial production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage production teams effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. Candidates should have good knowledge of production processes, quality control, safety standards, and machine operations, along with the ability to handle responsibilities independently and efficiently.
