Supervise daily factory production activities
Manage carpentry teams and workflow
Ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met
Coordinate with technical and site teams
Monitor materials, machinery, and productivity
Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment

Experience in woodworking / architectural millwork production
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read technical/shop drawings
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in factory operations and team coordination
