Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor the mobile phone assembly process to ensure adherence to production plans and targets.
  • Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.
  • Ensure all electronic components (PCBs, display modules, batteries, etc.) are assembled and tested according to standards.
  • Prepare and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process control sheets.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or quality problems.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities and participate in trial runs for new models.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Train and guide line leaders and operators on proper production techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and 5S standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

Leadership and team coordination abilities.

6 Months 3 years of experience as a Production or Process Engineer in electronics / mobile manufacturing industry (preferred experience in SMT, assembly, or testing lines).

Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB assembly, soldering, and functional testing.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using MS Office and production analysis tools.

Good command of English (written and spoken).
