Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure daily production plans are executed in accordance with required quality standards and specifications.
Ensure the implementation of quality and hygiene standards across all stages of operation.
Supervise the application of occupational health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Manage the team and direct workers and machine operators on the factory floor or production line.
Train and develop team performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies, coordinating with the warehouse department to prevent shortages.
Propose ideas to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Troubleshoot and take immediate action to resolve any operational faults or issues.
Prepare periodic operational reports for management covering production, quality, breakdowns, and observations.
- Experience in the field of spices and legumes
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Supervise operational processes and monitor the workflow of preparing, filling, and packaging herbal products (such as herbs, spices, and natural oils).
