Production Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise the production process and monitor the daily production schedule across all workshops

Set priorities based on urgent orders, client deadlines, or upcoming events (weddings, baptisms, holidays)

Ensure all machines and tools are functional, ready, and well-maintained

Ensure the team follows correct quantities, recipes, and production standards

Guide and support all workers, including individuals with disabilities

Ensure hygiene and safety rules are strictly followed at all times

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Food Technology, or a related field

Experience:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in production or operations management
