Communicate with store keeper packaging that all the packaging material are available on site and check the quantities needed on a weekly basis and when needed according to weekly schedule

Finish previous day production by checking the content of pasteurizer, labelling and sending daily report for data entry officer on daily basis

Follow up the startup of machines: mixing, filling and labelling on a daily basis to ensure conformity of the process and the end products

Check daily production papers filled by the operators to avoid mistakes on a daily basis

Communicate with the warehouse store keeper to manage the workflow and deliver end products to the warehouse for storage on a daily basis

Check quantity and status of pallets in addition to label added using MepticoApp before sending them to end products warehouse on a daily basis

Control production system by sending/receiving: delivery/receptions

Prepare inventory of end products packaging materials in order to issue stock correction sheet and send it to the accounting department when requested

Enforce safety and health by assuring good hygiene of employees and cleanliness of work environment on a daily basis

Coordinate with operators on production lines to ensure that sufficient personnel are available to avoid any delays on a daily basis

Record daily fuel level on appropriate excel sheet in order to analyze its consumption

Record daily consumption of water C on appropriate excel sheet
