Production Supervisor

Reporting to the production management, you will supervise a packaging unit consisting of 4 lines and around thirty qualified workers. Your main mission is to guarantee the performance, quality and safety of operations, in compliance with the requirements of the integrated quality management system.

Planning and organization

• Coordinate with the planning department to develop production schedules and ensure their execution.

• develop the production schedule by optimizing resources (machines, labor, raw materials).

• Organize and balance production flows between lines and storage warehouses.

Operational management and quality

• Ensure the rigorous application of manufacturing processes (preparation, cooking, pasteurization, packaging).

• Monitor performance indicators (OEE, material yield, utilization rate) and propose corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and traceability standards.

Continuous improvement and supervision

• To lead, supervise and develop the skills of production teams.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and continuity of operations.

• Identify and implement levers for improving productivity and quality.

• Participate in the evolution of production methods and propose development action plans.
