Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Organize the activity:
Define the team organization based on operational objectives
Ensure the distribution of work by systematically ensuring the optimization of machine time

Developing team skills:
Evaluate the individual and collective skills of your team in relation to short and medium term needs
Ensure the development and availability of skills through versatility, training, mobility, recruitment
Conduct individual interviews with your team and participate in career development and remuneration proposals
Lead the team:
Delegate and provide support to contribute to team autonomy
Organize communication in the team
Bring meaning to real-time information, in order to unite the team around issues and priorities and to collectively identify progress actions

--Implement catch-up plans,
--Analyze the causes of malfunctions and deploy immediate security actions,
--Lead problem solving.
--Formalize and escalate to the next level actions that cannot be processed
Be an actor in the industrialization process; contribute to achieving milestones.
Ensure that industrial resources are maintained in operational condition:
--Enforce first-level maintenance and the proper use of production resources
--Participate in planning preventive maintenance
Steering:
Participate in the development of the industrial strategy and the definition of the sector's objectives
Carry out activity management using dashboards and indicators to:
--Anticipate and define corrective actions to implement
--Evaluate and assess the results
--Communicate on the performance of your team
