Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily production operations in marble cutting, polishing and finishing Allocate manpower and machine utilization as per production targets Ensure quality compliance, safety standards and machine performance Coordinate between operators, QC, maintenance, inventory and management Prepare daily production reports, consumption records and downtime logs Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years experience as Production or Factory Supervisor in marble, granite or stone industry Strong knowledge of gangsaw, bridge cutter, resin, polishing or yard operations Leadership, reporting and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle workforce discipline
