Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team across various project sites in Saudi Arabia.

If you have solid experience on the shop floor—leading welders, fabricators, and helpers—and can ensure smooth progress toward deadlines, we’d love to meet you!

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or High School education (Engineering degree not required).
  • Proven experience in an industrial or steel fabrication environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate manpower.
  • Good English language proficiency.
  • Practical understanding of production operations and safety standards.
