Production Supervisor

Job Purpose: Responsible for supervising and controlling the industrial production process during assigned shifts to achieve safe, on-spec, efficient output.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures manpower allocation, coordination with QA and engineering, KPI tracking, and continous-improvement execution to meet production plans and cost targets.

Allocate manpower based on demand, skills, and line priorities and manage shift handovers with clear instructions and documentations.

Monitor critical control points, pprocessing variables and equipment perfomance; initiate corrective actions for deviations.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve issues impacting quality, availability or throughout.

Lead and support continous-improvement initiatives during the shifts, including Kaizen, waste reduction, SMEDand TPM actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen food, bakery or FMCG operations.
