Role & responsibilities

1. Supervises all the activities in the Production Area from receiving of raw materials warehouse to Meat Preparations, Raw Processing and up to Packaging.

2. Ensure/ Validates that the operators Monitors and Records operations of all machines in each section/area.

3. Responsible in implementation of SAP PP, from encoding of Production Output and Materials Analysis.

4. Prepares weekly highlight report of activities or other reports that maybe required by Factory Management.

5. Responsible for the smooth operation of production area and ensure safety of personnel during operation

Knowledge on operation and troubleshooting of the following machines
