Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage end-to-end daily production operations for:

  • Rigid boxes | PU leather & luxury boxes | Soft boxes and premium paper bags

  • Operate and oversee production machinery, including:

  • Die-cutting machines | Rigid box making machines | Pasting, wrapping, and lamination machines

  • Coordinate offset printing processes with internal and external teams

  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met

  • Manage production staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-floor guidance

  • Coordinate closely with design, printing, finishing, and dispatch teams

  • Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and drive process efficiency improvements

  • Maintain machine upkeep, safety standards, and production discipline

  • Handle quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and support rework planning when required

  • Contribute to process optimization and new product development

Reporting & Accountability

Report directly to the Production Manager / Operations Head

Prepare daily production updates, efficiency reports, and issue escalation summaries

Desired Candidate Profile


Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in:

  • Packaging manufacturing

  • Rigid box / luxury box production

  • PU leather box manufacturing

Strong technical knowledge of offset printing processes

Hands-on experience operating packaging and box-making machinery

Prior work experience in UAE or India (mandatory)

Ability to read technical drawings, job cards, and production specifications

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate

  • Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset

  • Willing to work extended hours or shifts during peak production periods

  • Leads from the front and is actively involved on the shop floor

  • Preferably Indian (Keralite)
