Roles & Responsibilities

As a Production Support (Java) engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems that ensure uninterrupted business operations. Your technical acumen and proactive approach will be essential to maintaining service reliability and performance.

  • Experience: +3 years of experience in Java programming and production support environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong coding experience in Java and SQL.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Shell Scripting, and Server Management.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in an agile setup.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Attitude: Initiative-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
