Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide top-tier production support for banking systems related to loans.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documenting support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in Java or .NET development.
Prior experience in the banking domain, specifically with loan systems, is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
