Production Team Leader.
Place of work:
Ain Harrouda site, Berrechid, Casablanca, Morocco
Mission and Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of:
• Organizing production at the sector level (Preparation / Cutting / Assembly) in terms of means, materials and yarn
flows• Organizing the work of the operators at the line level (Preparation / Cutting / Assembly) and supervising the level of quality
• Treat and analyze technical and human problems of the production
line• Reduce the rate of non-compliance and scrap, and ensure the correction of anomalies encountered by the hierarchy and the services concerned
• Ensure the versatility of his team and validate the training of new operators
• Ensure the maintenance of production means in good condition
• Respect and ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Morocco
• Respect and ensure compliance with the HSE norms and standards in force Sews Cabind Morocco
• Seek excellence at all levels, by engaging and training your colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous
improvement Skills and Qualifications:
You master:
• Safety, hygiene and environmental
procedures• Operational methods of the electrical
harness manufacturing process• Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, testing
• Harness manufacturing technology
• Materials and components of electrical harnesses (wires, sheaths, connectors,)
• Product
quality standards You are equipped with a:
• Ability to solve problems
• Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, rigour, good listening, understanding of others, self-control and management of crisis situations are qualities required for this position.
Qualification:
BAC +2/3 DUT /BTS or Professional License in Production, Industrial Degree or equivalent.
Experience:
You have 3 years of experience in a similar position.
