Job Summary

Performing production tasks, programs and standard operating procedures effectively and efficiently, while complying with all company requirements and standards for quality, safety, food safety (loss prevention) and workplace security.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

1. Prepare a memo for the release of components/packaging materials.

2. Receiving and inspecting the components/packaging materials received from the warehouse.

3. Execute production work orders in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures and performance indicator sheets; and record

The actual data is in the performance indicator sheet and the work order execution steps sheet.

4. Perform cleaning and sterilization activities in accordance with company requirements.

5. Product security guarantee: To ensure that all products are secured before being shipped.

6. Use and follow the relevant standard operating procedures at each step of the production/packing process.

7. Use personal protective equipment as required for each operation/activity.

8. Implement good manufacturing practices, cleaning and maintaining the premises regularly in the workplace.

9. Compliance with all company policies, regulations, and international standards

10. Adhere to the concept of operational efficiency during implementation, fill out the daily reasons for downtime document, attend the daily operational efficiency meeting and share information with attendees to arrive at the root causes of problems.

11. Providing useful ideas that reflect the system's value creation.

12. Working in different shift patterns.

Relevant job requirements/qualifications:

1. Graduate of a technical institute / vocational school.

2. Production capacity (technical).

3. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, including (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages).

4. Computer literacy.

5. Problem solving.

6. Teamwork.
