Production Trainer Etihad Airways

Design, develop, plan & deliver theory, practical, & refresher training courses to all levels of the Technical Division in order to meet departmental needs, and to comply with GCAA, and international civil aviation regulations and training

Build training content to be delivered in person and on line through the Etihad learning platforms

Maintain and update staff training records for Etihad Technical Operations Divsion

Produce, devise and implement relevant policies and procedures specific to this position & the development of the Technical training function in line with regulatory requirements and corporate demands, creating an opportunity of growth and development for all employees.Generation of examination questions and review of course content for continuous improvement

Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements related to aviation maintenance training, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

Perform maintenance certification duties as an authorised engineer displaying proper procedural implementation and leading by example on professional and technical standards

Implement and provide advise on necessary changes to the EY TPM in relation to training to ensure quality standards, safety and compliance and best practices are maintained

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders as assigned by the Technical Training and Standards manager such as operations, quality assurance, and safety, to integrate training initiatives into the curriculum architecture.

Carry out technical assessments, examination invigilation & mentor junior technicians and trainees
